Jeneane is the founder and principal of Emerald and Ash Risk Advisors Inc. She has been in the insurance industry since 2016 and is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners feel confident and protected through every stage of life. Building genuine relationships and being a steady, trusted advisor is at the heart of her work.

Emerald and Ash was built on the belief that insurance should feel personal, supportive, and easy to understand. Jeneane is deeply committed to guiding her clients through both everyday decisions and life’s unexpected moments with clarity, honesty, and care.

Outside of the office, Jeneane values time with her children, community, and the people she loves most. You can often find her cheering from the sidelines, supporting local events, enjoying the Washington coast, or finding a quiet moment to recharge. Those same values of connection, balance, and showing up for others carry into everything she does professionally.

Todd was the founder of Insure Colorado and dedicated his career to building a trusted, client focused agency rooted in relationships and service. He sadly passed away in May 2025, but his spirit and commitment continue to guide us. Today, Insure Colorado lives on as Emerald & Ash Risk Advisors, and we are honored to carry forward the values, care, and integrity Todd instilled in this business.

Emerald & Ash Risk Advisors was founded by Jeneane Conway, a single mom, cancer survivor, and entrepreneur who knows firsthand how quickly life can change and how important it is to be protected when it does. Her personal journey has shaped the way this agency serves others with empathy, honesty, and care at the center of every decision.

The name Emerald & Ash carries deep meaning. Emerald represents strength, growth, and legacy, honoring both Jeneane’s late business partner, Todd, and her daughter, who were born in May. Ash symbolizes resilience, renewal, and August, her son’s birth month. Together, they reflect the ability to rebuild, grow, and rise after life’s hardest seasons.

Formerly known as Cover NW Insurance Group and Insure Colorado, the two agencies were thoughtfully unified into one following Todd’s passing. With more than 20 years of combined insurance industry experience, Emerald & Ash now serves clients across multiple states, providing thoughtful and comprehensive protection for home, auto, business, life, health, travel, Medicare, and more.
